1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and feelbet ("feelbet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at feelbet.net. 2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one feelbet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held in any associated accounts.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your feelbet account. You agree to:

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. feelbet reserves the right to return such deposits and suspend the account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

4.4 Currency

The primary currency of the feelbet platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where deposits are made in another currency, they will be converted at feelbet's prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

feelbet may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral incentives, and other promotional offers to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion:

6 Gameplay Rules

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules will prevail with respect to that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game play, feelbet reserves the right to void affected rounds and return applicable stakes to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the feelbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

9 Suspension & Termination

feelbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where feelbet reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The player has provided false information during registration or verification;
• The player is under the age of 21;

In cases of account closure due to player breach of these Terms, feelbet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. In cases of account closure for reasons unrelated to player breach, feelbet will return the player's verifiable net deposits after deducting any outstanding balances and completing applicable AML checks.

You may close your feelbet account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon account closure, all pending bonus amounts are forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, feelbet's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your feelbet account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the feelbet platform — including but not limited to the feelbet name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of feelbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the feelbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
